Taking Focus to the Next Level

Is focus the absence of all distractions, or is it a state of mind?
If there’s something we want to achieve, the key is to focus. Building a routine, eliminating distractions, destroying excuses, implementing SMART goals, and getting started are essential steps to achieving. Establishing a ritual that signals a time designated to undertake a task, as well as setting grounded and realistic facts about what we hope to achieve is all part of getting started. By doing so we accomplish the hardest part of the undertaking, but once you get there; you won’t stop until you’ve reached that goal.
